Hello beating hearts!
Let's make magic with the force of gratitude. Join me by practicing daily gratitude.
Practice 20
Today's Practice:
1. Focus on your heart.
2. Express gratitude through your heart.
3. Go through your top 10 desires (Practice 13) and feel gratitude through your heart!
For this practice I found my heartbeat by putting my hand on my chest and breathing. Not going to lie it took me a little longer than one would hope. Once I had the rhythm I said my words of gratitude for my top 10 desires to the beat. After each one I imagined a light pulsing from my heart when I would finish each desire with thank you!
Also fun back story. Right before dong this exercise I had just finished a meditation that mentioned that our heart was the first thing to develop as embryos. So I of course had to look it up, especially since the task today was to focus on the heart. My evidence came back mostly inconclusive except this article. I did not fact check this so it could all be made up but I think it makes a nice joke.
Fun Fact: The first thing to form is a blastopore aka minuscule anus. So in other words we are all just a bunch of tiny asses.
For the sake of this practice though I am going to believe that the heart is the first thing to form, possible the first full organ to form. Not sure someone in the medical field please clarify the true things to form in the embryo first :)

What is "The Magic"
"The Magic" is a book by Rhonda Byrne. She is very well known for her book the secret. Essentially "The Magic" is a workbook to put into action the ideas behind the secret.
I highly recommend everybody have a copy of this book on their shelves. It is great if you just need a little inspiration to show some gratitude. I would highly recommend anything by Rhonda Byrne, her books and the secret books in general are easy to read and have great content about the law of attraction and gratitude.
You can get your own copy here. Please check out Rhonda Byrne as she is an awesome author and very inspiring.
Gratitude
This entire series of posts will be all about gratitude. Today I am grateful for a day focused on strategy. I have a lot of planning and later executing to get done today. I am excited for a focused mind to get these things done. I am probably going to stay in bed in the warmth to do them since it will mostly be from my computer. So I am extremely thankful for a heated blanket and comfy clothes so I can be super duper efficient.
🙏 Thank you for reading! Have you ever felt your heart beating and just thought, "Thank you"? Where do you feel gratitude radiate from, your heart, your head, etc.? What develops first in an embryo?✨
