The Magic - Day 16

Hello health healers!


Let's make magic with the force of gratitude. Join me by practicing daily gratitude.




 

Practice 16


Today's Practice:

1. Think back to 3 times in your life that you were your healthiest.

2. Be grateful for those times and be thankful for the specific reasons why.

3. Think of 5 systems in your body that you are thankful at this moment.

4. Imagine your perfect health & body and be grateful as if it is that way right this momet.



Here were my 3 healhtiest times of my life:


1. As a kid probably like 7 years old. I had unwavering energy and could play outside for hours, our choice of exercise was to play outside especially swimming in the lake.


2. As a tween about 12 or 13 years old. My bike was my main transportation, I was getting plenty of vitamin C, had lots of energy and enjoyed the outdoors a lot.


3. 2016-2017 Training for my first half marathon. I was consistently going to the gym, eating healthy, tracking progress and noticed my weight loss.



5 Functions I said thank you for:

  • Eye Sight

  • Hearing

  • Sense of Touch

  • Lungs

  • Internal Organs


What I imagined for my ultimate health was a body that looks great in any kind of photo. It looks great because I have hydrated skin, tanned skin signifying I have my vitamin d, fit body with muscles that are well worked, internal organs that are keeping toxins out, flowing hair and a very genuine smile indicating a healthy mind.


I have blessed with great health my whole life. I am thankful I do not have any looming issues or things I am really worried about. This practice is great for people on any part of the spectrum but especially people in bad health. Why? Because it asks you to look at the things your body is doing well and shows gratitude to that.


It is very easy to get caught up in webmd and think we are the next 1 in a bazillion person to get the never discovered disease. This practice is doing the exact opposite of that and making us grateful for what we have. If we can't be grateful for the health we have how are we supposed to get more?


Take this moment to show your body and health some gratitude!

What is "The Magic"


"The Magic" is a book by Rhonda Byrne. She is very well known for her book the secret. Essentially "The Magic" is a workbook to put into action the ideas behind the secret.


I highly recommend everybody have a copy of this book on their shelves. It is great if you just need a little inspiration to show some gratitude. I would highly recommend anything by Rhonda Byrne, her books and the secret books in general are easy to read and have great content about the law of attraction and gratitude.

Gratitude


This entire series of posts will be all about gratitude. Today I am grateful for efficiency. I have a very busy schedule today and I'm just playing out my day in my head and imagining it to be very efficient. I am excited to get everything on my list checked off and in action. Thank you for following along with everything and I hope you have an efficient day too!
